The Ultimate Last Minute Tip

What should you do the day before the SAT or ACT? First, let me tell you what NOT to do:

  1. Do not cram. Cramming doesn’t work well for these tests, anyway.
  2. Do not stay up late studying. Being sleep deprived will do more damage than the studying would help you.

So, if you shouldn’t cram into the late hours, what should you do instead? My answer may surprise you a bit, but it applies whether you’ve studied consistently for the past six months or you haven’t done any studying at all.
